What youll do:
Accounts Receivable filing
Daily reconciliation of 2340 sales for C-store/Agro
Daily deposits for Gas Bar and Grocery
Manage change float for Gas Bar/Agro
Pick up Grocery reports and mail daily
Key all daily 2340 sales entries and scan into system
Order supplies from U-Line and Grand & Toy for Agro and Gas Bar buildings
Administer the ATM in gas bar
Complete weekly and monthly fuel reports
Manage Card Lock system (card ordering, inquiries, changes, problems)
Respond to inquiries from all Hudson Bay locations
Handle all account inquiries, including balances, missing receipts, adjustments, etc
Perform other duties as assigned
