Description

The Canadian Mental Health Association, Prince Albert Division invites qualified applicants for the full-time position of Branch Director in our Prince Albert Branch.
The Canadian Mental Health Association is a non-profit organization which seeks to promote mental health, prevent mental illness, change attitudes towards mental ill-ness, and provide community-based rehabilitation and support services for persons with coping with mental health issues and illnesses.
As the Branch Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of a range of programs and activities in the Prince Albert area.
Reporting to the Executive Director of the Saskatchewan Division, you will be responsible for supervising staff and actively participate on the Canadian Mental Health Association Saskatchewan Division Leadership Team to support and foster collaboration between CMHA PA Branch, Saskatchewan Division, and CMHA Branches/Offices across the province.
To qualify you will have a University Degree in Social Sciences, Social Work, a diploma in psychiatric nursing, or equivalent training and experience. Your educational background will be supplemented by several years experience in human services.
Administrative and supervisory experience; connecting with and involving the community in programs; public relations; advocacy; working effectively with people with a disability and their families; determine staffing and volunteer requirements for effective and efficient organizational management and program delivery, research funding sources, and oversee the development of fund-raising plans.
