POSITION:
Diamonds of Detroit is seeking an energetic, self-motivated team player to join our team as a part time Sales Associate.
Some of the key responsibilities of this role are:  
-Contribute to an environment of customer satisfaction by making customer needs a priority
-Create extraordinary shopping experiences by providing professional sales and service to all customers  
-Problem solving
-Work on the sales floor and at sales desk
-Understand and strive to exceed all company sales standards  
-Maintain and display merchandise
-Handle minor in-store repairs and caring of jewellery
-Follow all security, loss prevention and confidentiality procedures

Work closely with our team to:
-Contribute to the daily operations and to achieve sales and profit through leadership in accordance with company standards, corporate culture, policies, systems, and procedures.
-Maintain open lines of communication with Team Members and Management.
