Were currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing team.
Position Summary
The Automotive Service Advisor acts as the liaison between our customers and service technicians. You will be responsible for understanding customer concerns, recommending necessary services, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience from drop-off to pick-up.
Key Responsibilities
    Greet customers and gather information about their vehicle concerns.
    Provide accurate repair estimates and explain service recommendations clearly.
    Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians.
    Maintain regular communication with customers about service status.
    Ensure high customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
    Process invoices, payments, and warranty claims.
    Maintain accurate records of services and repairs.
Qualifications
    Proven experience as a Service Advisor or similar role in the automotive industry preferred.
    Direct experience with Ford would be an asset.
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to explain technical information to non-technical customers.
    Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs.
    Proficient in using dealership management systems (DMS) and basic computer software.
    Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
