The Senior Executive Coordinator is a key partner to the Vice President, helping to drive our divisions success. Youll play a pivotal role in coordinating processes, synthesizing information, and preparing impactful presentations while ensuring all divisional documents are clear, concise, and up-to-date. Duties and Responsibilities

Services:
* Assist the Vice President with meeting materials, agendas, and minutes.
* Support the preparation and administration of the Divisions annual plan, including data compilation and budget tracking.
* Analyze policies, procedures, and provide recommendations for improvements.
* Enter, track and retrieve a variety of statistical, budgetary and related data from on-line systems, schedule and perform downloads of information, and create and/or prepare a variety of complex reports.
* Respond to requests for information from both internal and external stakeholders.
* Perform other related duties as assigned.

Leadership:
* Display positive role modelling, agency values, and fairness and promote policy adherence.
* Maintain professional and technical expertise by attending workshops and training, reviewing relevant publications, and establishing networks.

Management of Resources:
* Ensuring cohesive work towards on-time, budget-friendly, and customer-focused outcomes.
* Coordinate resources for effective division planning.

Safety:
* Maintain, promote, and reinforce safe work habits, practices, and procedures.
* Adhere to written or verbal agency and government regulations, policies, practices, and instructions.
