We are currently seeking an experienced Concrete Finisher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for placing, finishing, protecting, and repairing concrete in a variety of construction settings. This role requires precision, strength, and attention to detail to ensure all surfaces are level, smooth, and meet project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Place and finish concrete using hand tools and power tools such as trowels, screeds, and floats

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications

Form, pour, spread, level, and smooth concrete for sidewalks, driveways, floors, patios, and foundations

Apply curing compounds and sealants to protect concrete

Repair and patch damaged concrete surfaces

Operate finishing equipment such as power trowels and concrete saws

Ensure proper alignment, depth, and finish according to job requirements

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Work collaboratively with crew members, supervisors, and clients

Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies

Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum 23 years of experience as a concrete finisher or in a related construction trade

Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical documents

Familiarity with concrete forming, mixing, finishing, and curing techniques

Experience with hand and power tools specific to concrete work

Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor in various weather conditions

Strong attention to detail and workmanship

Good communication and teamwork skills

Valid drivers license
