Position Overview:

We are seeking a hard-working and dependable General Labourers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, a team player, and ready to work in all weather conditions. This is a year-round position that includes work in construction, landscaping, and snow removal.

Key Responsibilities:

Construction:

Assist with demolition, site clean-up, and material handling

Operate basic power tools and construction equipment safely

Follow directions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople

Landscaping:

Lawn care, planting, trimming, mulching, and maintenance

Operate mowers, trimmers, and other landscaping equipment

Snow Removal (Seasonal):

Shoveling, snow blowing, and salting walkways and driveways

Be available for on-call or early morning/overnight shifts during snow events

Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs

Willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Experience in construction or landscaping is an asset

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Must be punctual and reliable
