Community Living Service Delivery (CLSD), Crisis and Respite Services works with individuals experiencing intellectual disabilities. Your work will promote and support individuals to achieve the highest quality of life possible with full participation and presence in their community.
In this role you will focus on creating positive, engaging experiences and are accountable to the individuals receiving services. These appointments are located at Athabasca Home in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan. This program offers planned respite services. The purpose of respite is to maintain the health and well-being of the individual, their care provider and/or family by providing temporary support.
In this role, you will support individuals and provide quality person-centered services. Your hands on work and engagement with the individual is conducted in a learning and supportive manner and utilizes your effective communication, positive role modeling, patience, adaptability, leadership, and organization skills.
3 Term Less Than Full-Time Positions: Term 1&2: no less than 64 shifts each; Term 3: no less than 51 shifts.
