Service Agreement Caretaker

Northwest School Division No. 203 is seeking applications for caretaking services. The successful applicant will receive the service agreement for the supply of caretaking services for the following school:

St. Walburg School, St. Walburg, SK

The successful applicant will be required to supply the necessary cleaning supplies and equipment in order to provide the necessary services for the school building and yard.

Duties will include cleaning, certain maintenance, grounds keeping, security, etc.  Requirements would include self-motivation, good work habits and the ability to get along with staff, students and other maintenance and supervisory personnel.  Training in the caretaking services field, references and related work experience will be factors in the awarding of this service agreement.

The service agreement remuneration for these facilities is a set rate of $1.85/sq foot, covering the period of October 1, 2025 to August 31, 2026.  Please note the following:
