Job Description: As a member of a multi-disciplinary within Mental Health & Addiction Services, this position works under the direction of the Manager and is responsible for providing Occupational Therapy assessments and treatment planning to youth between the ages of 12 -18 exhibiting a range of social, emotional and behavioural difficulties. The Occupational Therapist Degree will assist youth in maximizing their potential for participation in meaningful daily activities in the program, at home, in school, and in the community through development of skills and strategies. The incumbent will work in collaboration with MHAS team members and may also provide services within the context of home and community-based locations.

Licenses
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
