Job Description: Reporting to the Executive Director of Community and Foundation Relations, the Administrative Assistant contributes to the efficient operation of the Executive Directors portfolio through accurate, timely execution of administrative functions, and works collaboratively with the Senior Leadership Team and their support staff. Responsibilities include preparing agendas, minutes, correspondence, and reports; managing calendars, meetings, mail, records, and travel arrangements; and coordinating workflow with other administrative staff. The role requires professionalism, confidentiality, sound judgment, and tact in handling inquiries and building relationships. Operating in a complex and dynamic environment, the Administrative Assistant supports the Executive Directors commitments and ensures appropriate follow-up, contributing to the achievement of SHAs objectives.

Experience
- 3-5 years of experience working in a senior administrative assistant-type role
Education
- Completion of Grade 12 supplemented by a recognized business course
