Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse Aide to join our care team in a long-term retirement home. The successful candidate will assist residents with daily living activities, provide emotional support, and ensure a safe, clean, and respectful environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, feeding, and mobility.

Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.

Report changes in residents health or behavior to nursing staff.

Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable living spaces.

Follow care plans, infection control, and safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

Nurse Aide/Health Care Aide/Personal Support Worker certificate.

CPR and First Aid (or willingness to obtain).

Experience in long-term care an asset.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Shifts: Days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
