The Regina Region Local Immigration Partnership (RRLIP) was launched in 2014. Local Immigration Partnerships exist to strengthen and support the community's capacity to welcome, settle and integrate newcomers. Since 2014, the RRLIP, and its primary partners, have worked tirelessly to support the local community's settlement and integration efforts. The closing date for this position is September 30, 2025.
The RRLIP Project Manager will primarily be responsible for continuing to strengthen the LIPs impact and work in this community by:
Fostering community collaboration and partnerships.
Building capacity around local settlement and integration efforts.
Building and maintaining positive relationships with RRLIP partners and other community stakeholders.
Ensuring effective facilitation of primary partner and working group meetings (most are currently remote).
Participating in community partner tables and events, as appropriate.
Overseeing and supporting, with the input of primary partner table members, the revision (when necessary) and implementation (on-going activity) of the current RRLIP action plan.
Maintaining or redeveloping as needed, performance measurement strategies to evaluate the RRLIP action plan, funding agreement deliverables and other emerging activities.
Generating internal and external reports for the host agency, funder, community partners and the broader community.
Interpreting and adhering to funding policies and practices.
Regularly communicating with the host agency and funder, to maintain positive and effective relationships.
