As Confidential Executive Assistant to the President of one of Saskatchewan's finest organizations, you will be responsible for:
Executive Support and Administration
- Assist the President in coordinating appointments, business and personal events and national/international client business meetings.
Prepare correspondence and memos; word processing and preparation of reports.
- Database maintenance and entry of information.
- Attend and prepare for committee meetings.
- Special projects.
General Accounting (25%)
- Data entry of financial information; reconcile accounts and expense statements.
- Generate reports as required.
You will be part of a corporate work environment, responsible for handling and maintaining a high degree of confidentiality for all information.
Education & Experience:
- Business education is an asset.
- 5 to 10+ years administrative experience in a corporate environment.
- Skilled in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Personality/Desired Attributes:
- Professional work ethics, confidentiality and attention to detail.
- Strong decision making and organization skills. The ability to handle extreme multi-tasking.
- Adaptable to meet the varied needs of the executive office.
