We are hiring a Landscape LEAD. This position requires AT LEAST 1+ year of experience with landscaping or a related position. Crew member will need to meet the skills required for the entry level positions during training.

Must have a valid drivers license AND:

-be able to show up to work on time

-take action when given instructions

-the will to learn or improve

-skilled with basic tools

-read landscape designs, job packets and other plans (fluent in English)

-when to use the above skills

-why to use the above skills

-be able to TEACH and LEAD others on how to do all of the above

-aim to improve yourself AND others too!

-PLUS all the skills and requirements of the landscape lead listed below

-operating equipment (Open to teaching this as well)

-laying stone, brick and other hardscapes (SRW, patios, pathways, etc.)

-use of advanced power tools

-effective LEADING capabilities (ability to answer others questions, coach, INSPIRE, collaborate and work well with others)

*STARTING pay is $20/hr (or higher with appropriate experience) and the position max is $30/hr*
