Our team is growing, and we're currently seeking a QA/QC Field Construction Supervisor to help lead our crews and ensure our QA/QC standards are upheld across all job sites.
Position Overview

As a QA/QC Field Construction Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day field operations on oilfield-related construction projects. You will work closely with crews, customers and safety personnel to ensure all tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all client and regulatory standards. A key part of your role will involve performing and tracking QA/QC measures, ensuring the highest standards of quality are met at every phase of the project.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications

o Supervise and coordinate construction crews on oilfield job sites
o Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety guidelines, and client expectations
o Implement, perform, and track QA/QC protocols and inspections
o Maintain accurate QA/QC records as well as CWB Program requirements
o Liaise with crews and clients on job progress and requirements
o Participate in on call rotational weekend program
