Description

Pro Metal Industries is seeking a Full Time CNC Machinist to join our Machine shop team that operates under a climate control environment, air conditioned during the hot summer months and well heated during the winter months.

If you have a Red Seal, College Diploma or equivalent experience in a manufacturing

Responsibilities:
    Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, or multi-axis machines to produce precision parts.
    Read and interpret complex engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T specifications.
    Program CNC machines using G-code, M-code, and/or CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Gibbscam or similar software) for optimal machining

Qualifications:

    Red Seal Journeyman Machinist or equivalent with experience.
    A minimum of 5 years CNC experience on both live tooling lathe and 5 axis Milling machines.
    CAM experience in either Mastercam, Gibbscam or similar software is surely an asset
    Ability to troubleshoot and be creative on new product set-ups and prototypes.
