Position Summary
Are you a strategic leader with a passion for safe, sustainable development? The City of Regina is seeking a Manager of Building Standards & Inspections to lead a dynamic team in regulating building construction and demolition across the city. This role is key to ensuring public safety, compliance, and exceptional customer service through collaborative, forward-thinking leadership.
What You Bring
- A degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- 58 years of experience in building design, construction, or commissioning
- Strong knowledge of building codes, construction principles, and Saskatchewan legislation
- Proven leadership in managing complex projects, budgets, and teams
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and conflict resolution skills
- A Building Officials Class 3 License (asset)
