Pharmacy Manager & Store Operator  Pharmasave, Esterhazy, SK
Neighbourly Pharmacy. Join our team to lead pharmacy operations and deliver exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
-Lead and motivate the pharmacy team
-Oversee dispensing, inventory, compounding, and clinical services
-Ensure regulatory compliance and effective communication
-Conduct staff reviews and support recruitment/training
-Collaborate with front store for enhanced service
-Manage P&L, labor, inventory, and expenses

Qualifications:
-Licensed with the Saskatchewan College of Pharmacists
-Injection certified
-Strong organizational and leadership skills
-1+ year pharmacy management experience preferred
