Neighbourly Pharmacy - Pharmacy Manager & Store Operator  Saparas Drug Mart

We're seeking a licensed Pharmacy Manager to lead operations and deliver exceptional patient care in Esterhazy, Saskatchewan.

Key Responsibilities:
-Lead and support the pharmacy team
-Oversee dispensing, inventory, clinical services, and compliance
-Collaborate with healthcare professionals and front store staff
-Manage scheduling, performance reviews, and team development
-Drive innovation and process improvements
-Achieve operational targets and manage P&L

Qualifications:
-Licensed with the Saskatchewan College of Pharmacists
-Injection certified
-Strong leadership and organizational skills
-1+ year pharmacy management experience preferred
