Description

Adecco is hiring an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead a retail location in Saskatchewan. You will oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and drive store performance to meet business goals. This role requires proven leadership, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to compliance and team development.
Responsibilities:
    Welcome and assist customers, setting a positive example
    Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally
    Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security standards
    Manage inventory levels and conduct scheduled counts
    Drive sales growth and promote the business
    Verify invoices, maintain expenditure records
    Ensure merchandise is well-presented and priced correctly
    Make purchasing decisions to secure discounts
    Provide management with sales, staffing, and productivity reports
    Hold staff accountable for cash handling
    Reconcile daily sales, prepare bank deposits
    Oversee ordering and receiving of products
    Supervise staff and manage work schedules
    Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
    Valid Canna Sell Retail Certification
    Clear Criminal Background Check before start
    3 to 6+ years retail experience, with at least 3 years as a Store Manager
    Strong customer service and team management skills
    Excellent time management and prioritization
    Ability to train, mentor, and motivate staff
    Flexible availability for various shifts
    Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to sales software
    Strong communication, conflict resolution, and teamwork skills
    Culturally sensitive and inclusive approach
    Highly organized with strong planning skills
    Experience in PR and advertising campaigns
    Positive, professional, and responsive attitude
    Open to relocation within Saskatchewan
    Legally eligible to work and reside in Canada
