Description

123 Care for Me Child Care Inc., located in Sturgis Sk, is looking for an Executive Director to lead our committed staff to provide the best early childhood development, learning and care to families in our community.

Duties

Overseeing administrative duties such as record keeping, ordering of supplies and implementation of policies and procedures of the daycare.

Schedule and management of staff

Ensuring that the centre is adhering to the Child Care Act and Child Care Regulations

Working with the board to assist them in decision and policy making functions

Qualifications

All persons with training in Early Childhood will be considered and preference will be given to those who ECE III certification

Criminal record and vulnerable sector check

Valid CPR and First Aid C (If not current, willing to update or obtain)

Knowledge of common Computer Programs (such as Microsoft Office)

Effective Communication Skills

Effective personnel management skills

Significant experience as a childcare worker

Demonstrated leadership ability

Ability to work well under considerable pressure
