Youth Care Worker Needed ASAP
Job Opportunity  Youth Care Worker
Location: Montreal Lake Child & Family Agency Homes

Duties: Provide high-quality care and a safe, nurturing environment for youth, grounded in Cree cultural values. Support daily routines, document activities, maintain case files, and work with managers and professionals on treatment plans. Ensure confidentiality, participate in meetings, and continue professional development.

Qualifications: Grade 12 or GED required (post-secondary in child/youth care, social work, or related field an asset). Experience with youth, especially with complex needs. Knowledge of Cree values and culture. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Must model a healthy lifestyle.

Requirements: Valid drivers licence, Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector, availability for shift work (days, evenings, nights, weekends), and willingness to complete required training (First Aid/CPR, ASIST, TCI, etc.).
