Program: Kamsack Family Resource Centre
Hours: 35 hours per week, including flexible evening and weekend hours
Start Date: As soon as possible to December 31, 2026
The Kamsack Family Resource Centre is a space where all families can play, interact and learn together while having access to quality programs and services which enhance child development and caregiver well-being.
SIGN is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic facilitator with strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate must be self-motivated and demonstrate an understanding and enthusiasm for the importance of early childhood development, parent child attachment and the importance of early year family centres.

Expectations:
Assist in creating a learning rich environment for families
Plan, organize, assist and facilitate age-appropriate play-based learning and sessions for children and parents
Demonstrate collaborative working relationships with staff, families, children and community partners
Maintain a safe and clean physical space ensuring appropriate and adequate resources are available
Answer questions or concerns from families and provide referrals when required
Communicate and work effectively
Qualifications and experience:
Early Childhood Education Certification or an equivalent combination of work exerience and education
1 to 2 years experience working with children 0-6 year-old and their parents/caregivers
Experience facilitating programs with both adults and children
Valid First Aid and CPR
Valid Saskatchewan Drivers License and access to a reliable vehicle
Recent and clear Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Check from RCMP
