The successful candidate will perform a broad range of administrative duties. This position will directly support the Executive Director, all management staff and be responsible for the main office functions.
Work assignments will include general administrative support, maintaining website and social media, marketing of goods and services, organizing special events, supplies purchasing, in-house publications, laundromat management and scheduling, advanced word processing, book-keeping functions, and other duties as needed to maintain a well functioning office.
Communication with other related departments, agencies, governmental contacts, and other agency specific contracts will be required on a regular basis. Interaction with all levels of staff and the participants with disabilities that we support will also be required on a daily basis.
Requirements:
- Previous business-based education
- Previous office experience
- Demonstrable proficiency in Microsoft office
and Quickbooks
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Bondable
