Position Overview: As an Automotive Service Advisor, you'll play a key role in helping customers navigate service and repair needs. From scheduling and quoting to follow-ups and parts orders, you'll be a trusted point of contact between clients and the shop.

Key Responsibilities:
-Schedule appointments and greet customers
-Advise on routine maintenance and required services
-Generate accurate work orders, quotes, and cost estimates
-Communicate with technicians and update customers
-Manage parts ordering, pick-up, and vendor returns
-Coordinate vehicle inspections and repair timelines
-Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up and issue resolution
-Promote service packages and build customer loyalty
-Support service marketing initiatives
-Maintaining a clean work area

Qualifications:
-2+ years of experience as a service or parts advisor (preferred)
-3+ years direct customer service or sales experience (required)
-Strong communication, organization, and customer relations skills
-Ability to learn new software and use MS Office
-Valid drivers license preferred
-Diploma/certificate in automotive or business field an asset

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $35,000 - $48,000/year + bonus plan
Schedule: Monday - Friday
