Job Description: Under the direction of the program manager and working within an interdisciplinary mental health and addiction team, the Community Mental Health Nurse, in adherence to nursing practice standards, will provide a range of clinical services to a population of children, youth and families living with acute and persistent mental health disorders. The Community Mental Health Nurse will be accountable for the provision of screening, assessment, referral, case management, treatment, as well as program development and evaluation.

- Bachelor of Psychiatric Nursing (BPN)
Licenses
- Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
Other Education and Training
- Workplace Assessment & Violence Education (WAVE)

- Psychiatric Nursing diploma is acceptable
