Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and creative kitchen designer to join our team.  In this role, you will be responsible for taking orders from franchises and clients, inputting them into our design software Mozaik and Innergy.  You will also be responsible for creating quotes off of a catalogue pricing system.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and preferences.
- Utilize software to create detailed design plans and layouts.
- Conduct consultations to discuss project scope, timelines, and budgets.
- Manage client accounts effectively, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain organized records of client interactions, project details and sales activities.

Requirements

- Proficient with Microsoft programs such as Excel and Outlook
- Background in sales, administration, or construction is an asset not    mandatory.
- Knowledge of CAD programs is an asset. Our team uses Mozaik design software.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
