Description

Proactively follow up with prospective and existing clients to close sales and convert leads into successful engagements.
Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide information, respond to inquiries, and promote company services.
Draft submission letters and cover letters in support of client immigration and related applications.
Accurately complete immigration forms and ensure all necessary supporting documents are properly collected, arranged, and submitted.
Coordinate and prepare client documentation packages for submission to relevant authorities.
Follow up with clients post-approval to request Google reviews and feedback to support the companys online reputation and client engagement.
Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including managing client files, scheduling appointments, updating databases, and supporting office operations as needed.
Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, internal team members, and external partners.
Ensure strict confidentiality and compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.
