Description

Prairie Clean Enterprises (PCE) is building something new from the ground up, transforming flax straw into high-value, sustainable products. As we grow, we're seeking an Executive Assistant to support our Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) and leadership team with high-level administrative, organizational, and project support.

This role is key to ensuring executives stay focused on strategic priorities while daily operations run smoothly. You'll serve as a trusted partner, anaging schedules, projects, and communications while contributing to marketing, strategy, and cross-functional initiatives.


What You'll Do:

- Act as primary contact and gatekeeper for the CSO and leadership team
- Manage calendars, meetings, agendas, notes, and action items
- Organize and track communications, reports, and project deliverables
- Draft and proofread professional correspondence and documents
- Support project management, document prep, and presentations
- Arrange executive travel and logistics for events and off-sites
- Attend and/or be present at corporate events and shows
- Provide backup resources for social media posting and monitoring as required.
- Some travel may be required.
