Housing Coordinator
The Housing Coordinator is a solution focused professional that helps people that are experiencing homelessness with complex and frequently co-occurring issues accessing and maintaining housing. The Housing Coordinator will work closely with the Housing Coordinator and other staff members working in supportive services. The Housing Coordinator will provide housing case management for members of the community that are experiencing homelessness.
