Are you a second or third year Apprentice Plumber looking to join a friendly, hard-working plumbing team? Apply to Platonic Plumbing and Heating, "Where no one gets screwed!" We've been in business for 1.5 yrs and have had non-stop, steady growth!
Our candidate must have a minimum of 1 year experience plumbing in Canada. You'll need to be a team player and capable of carrying out independent work. You've got to be willing to learn, take initiative, grow and adapt. We do a large variety of repairs, installations and maintenance of Plumbing, Furnaces and Air conditioners. You must be capable of following directions accurately to ensure all work is up to code and meets safety standards.

Responsibilities:
Jackhammering, and hauling concrete (Heavy labour)
Assemble and install plumbing systems according to code
Build and maintain plumbing fixtures, including sinks and toilets.
Learn to Troubleshoot and repair leaks.
Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Plumber in Canada
Clean criminal record
You must take initiative, be motivated and driven
Must have a driver's license, clean driver's abstract and your own vehicle
Willing to learn & understand plumbing codes & regulations
Ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively is an asset
Must be mechanically inclined
You will be required to provide & wear steel toed shoes or boots
Strong communication skills
Effective time management skills
Physical stamina to perform tasks that require lifting heavy materials, sometimes repeatedly.
Must be well organized
