Description

We're seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator Assistant to support our dayhome program. This role involves working closely with the Dayhome Owner/Operator to provide high-quality care and education to children in a home-based setting.

Key Responsibilities:

    Support the Dayhome Owner/Operator in planning and implementing engaging activities that promote children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
    Assist with daily routines, including meal preparation, snack time, and outdoor play.
    Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment that encourages children to explore, learn, and thrive.
    Build positive relationships with children, parents, and the Dayhome Owner/Operator.
    
    Maintain a clean and organized environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
    Communicate effectively with parents and the Dayhome Owner/Operator regarding children's daily activities, needs, and progress.
