Description

Moose Jaw Co-op is hiring a permanent full-time Total Rewards Coordinator at our Administration Office in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Weekly timecard management via UKG Time & Attendance incl. reviewing, amending, troubleshooting, and processing timecards
Processing payroll via Oracle HCM incl. data analysis, reconciliations, balancing, troubleshooting, calculating retroactive payments, completing pay adjustments, and processing wage increases
Financial tracking and coding
Maintaining accurate employee data within the HRIS
Administering benefit and pension plan enrollments, changes, and terminations
Administering the disability management program
Maintaining accurate records, generating a variety of reports, and supporting audits
Staying current on payroll, benefits, and pension legislation; recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and employee experience

What makes you a great fit:
A relevant post-secondary certificate or diploma or a combination of relevant education and experience
Minimum 3 years experience in payroll, benefits, and pension administration
Hands-on experience with UKG (Time & Attendance) and Oracle HCM systems is an asset
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism
Current working knowledge of legislation, labour and employment law
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong financial, analytical and problem-solving skills
Honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience in a unionized environment considered an asset
PCP designation or equivalent considered an asset
