The Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement is a dynamic organization committed to delivering efficient, high-quality services to the public. As a Senior Policy Analyst in the Infrastructure Design and Delivery divisions Project Support Office, you will contribute to diverse challenges impacting infrastructure projects across Saskatchewan.

Location: Regina or Saskatoon (occasional travel between locations)

We are seeking an innovative, results-oriented problem solver with strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit. You are a relationship builder who thrives in team environments and brings experience in policy development and project management to support strategic initiatives and improve infrastructure delivery.

You will contribute to policy and strategy development, conduct research, engage stakeholders, and prepare briefing materials to support government decision-making. You will also support timely and on-budget project delivery through effective policy implementation and help enhance project delivery processes.

Candidates must have a degree in public policy, commerce, engineering, business, or a related field. Knowledge of public sector policy development, governance, and government decision-making is essential. Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations are required.

Experience in project management, procurement, and infrastructure delivery is preferred. The ability to manage multiple complex tasks and shifting priorities is key.
