POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for an experienced Human Resource Administration to join our diverse team based out of our Saskatoon office.
Employment Temporary, Covering Leave position
Expected Start Date December 1, 2025

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Full cycle hiring, recruitment, and onboarding
- Tracking monthly data reports
- Maintain all employee entry information
- Provide ongoing support to new and existing employees
- Maintain a professional image and a high level of service with customers and co-workers during all contact, displaying positive behaviour, attitude, and work habits
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Strong verbal, oral, and written communication skills
- Detail oriented, organized, and efficient
- Adeptness with technology
- Able to work individually, as well as leading within a team environment
- Advanced computer and technology proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS
REQUIREMENTS
- 1+ years experience of related Human Resource experience (experience in the construction industry is considered essential)
- Maintain a clean driving and drug and alcohol clearance
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
- Criminal Record Check
