Managing overall operations of company;
Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies;
Managing company's database regarding current projects, upcoming projects and make sure that deadlines are met;
Maintaining staff's schedules for payroll;
Supervising  administrative staff and train them if needed;
Maintaining and ordering office supplies as required;
