Protective Services Team Lead - Event Safety

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Protective Services Team Lead to support safe and efficient operations at live events. In this leadership role, you'll assist the Protective Services Manager in overseeing on-site safety staff, executing emergency procedures, and ensuring the well-being of attendees and personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support the event safety team; act as supervisor when required
Implement safety protocols and emergency response plans
Coordinate with event organizers, security, medical, and venue staff
Monitor crowd behavior and manage flow to reduce risk
Conduct team briefings and ensure clear communication
Oversee incident reporting and equipment readiness
Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in event safety, emergency response, or crowd management
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Valid First Aid, CPR, and AED certification
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Clear Criminal Record Check required
