Choice Nutrition Centres is currently hiring for a full-time Administrative Manager at our Saskatoon location. We are a thriving Naturopathic clinic, offering a wide variety of natural health care and naturopathic services. The hours for this position are Monday Friday from 8:30 5:30. We are looking for an individual to be the first point of contact for our patients. This role combines front-desk reception and administrative support throughout the clinic. On the job training will be provided, however preference will be given to those with previous administrative experience in the health care field and knowledge of herbs and vitamins. Wage is competitive relative to education and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients as they arrive
Manage appointments and scheduling
Handle phone calls, emails, and other communication
Maintain accurate patient records using computer software
Process billing and payments
Cleaning throughout the clinic
Provide administrative support to clinical staff
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role preferred
Experience with QB and Electronic Health records preferred, but not required
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills and attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and to work in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and a strong commitment to patient care
Professionalism and confidentiality
Valid driver's license and your own mode of transportation
