Qualifications:
- Grade 12 diploma required
- Canadian Payroll Certificate preferred
- 34 years of payroll experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Excel
- Knowledge of business equipment and payroll software (e.g., Atrieve)
The suitable candidate will:
- Demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills
- Be able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
- Show strong problem-solving skills for complex payroll adjustments
- Collaborate effectively with coworkers and support team efforts
