Company Overview: Join the Sector 1 group of companies, a rapidly growing leader in the Construction and development industry, as we seek a visionary Chief Financial Officer to drive our financial strategy and support our expansion.
Role & Responsibilities:
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for overseeing all financial operations, driving strategic growth, and ensuring the financial health and stability of the organization. Key responsibilities include:
Financial Strategy: Develop and implement long-term financial strategies to align with company goals and maximize profitability.
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Oversee financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Risk Management: Assess and manage financial risks, implementing effective control measures to safeguard company assets.
Cash Flow Management: Ensure efficient management of cash flow and working capital to support operations and growth.
Financial Reporting: Manage all financial reporting functions to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Stakeholder Communication: Present financial information and strategic insights to the board of directors and other key stakeholders.
Capital Raising:Guide efforts to raise capital and manage relationships with financial institutions.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or MBA is a strong asset.
Proven experience in a senior financial leadership role, such as Finance Director or Controller.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated leadership and communication abilities.
Expertise in financial management software and ERP systems.
Track record of successfully improving financial performance and driving growth.
