We are a trusted local plumbing and heating company providing high-quality residential and commercial services. We are currently looking for a motivated and hard-working Plumbing Apprentice to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and work towards Red Seal certification in a supportive and professional environment.

Job Description:
As a Plumbing Apprentice, you will work under the supervision of a journeyperson plumber to assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing and heating systems. You will gain valuable skills on the job while attending required apprenticeship training as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the installation and repair of plumbing and heating systems

Support journeyperson plumbers with tools, materials, and job preparation

Maintain clean and organized work areas

Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials

Follow safety procedures and company policies

Communicate professionally with customers and team members

Participate in on-the-job training and attend apprenticeship schooling

Requirements:

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

Valid Class 5 Drivers License and clean driving record

Clear criminal record check

Physically fit and able to lift, carry, and work in tight spaces

Basic knowledge of plumbing tools and materials is an asset

Previous construction or trade experience is a plus, but not required
