Were currently seeking a dedicated Full-Time Landscaper & Snow Removal Specialist to join our growing crew.

Responsibilities:
        Landscaping duties: mowing, trimming, planting, mulching, pruning, and general yard maintenance
        Installation and upkeep of gardens, trees, shrubs, and lawns
        Assist with landscape construction projects (patios, walkways, etc., if applicable)
        Snow and ice management during winter months: shoveling, snow blowing, plowing, and salting
        Operate and maintain landscaping and snow removal equipment safely and effectively
        Ensure work meets company standards and client expectations
        Provide professional, courteous customer service on-site

Qualifications:
        Previous experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or snow removal (preferred but not required  training available)
        Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions, including snow and cold
        Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs
        Valid drivers license and reliable transportation (required for snow shifts)
        Ability to operate snow blowers, plows, and other equipment (an asset)
        Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
