DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain and expand referral pathways with other community-based organizations (CBOs) and service providers to support client needs holistically.
Oversee and manage programs related to Settlement, Wellness, Recreation, and Art, ensuring alignment with RIWCs mission and funder expectations.
Modify key deliverables as needed to keep program outcomes on target.
Ensure program quality assurance through audits, client feedback, and satisfaction surveys.
Ensure timely submission of monthly, quarterly, and final reports; track, compile, and analyze program statistics.
Manage the allocated budgets for the unit and ensure proper use of funds in compliance with funder agreements.
Assign caseloads appropriately across federal and provincial streams.
Stay informed and up to date on immigration policies, settlement trends, and welfare systems in Saskatchewan and across Canada.
Demonstrate understanding of case management principles, including client confidentiality, goal setting, and needs assessment.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Director.

QUALIFICATIONS
University degree or equivalent education with 3-5 years of experience in program or project management, preferably in the non-profit or settlement sector.
Experience in a similar leadership role working with clients from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
Proven ability to develop and maintain partnerships with other service provider organizations (SPOs) and community stakeholders.
Knowledge of community services, newcomer issues, and settlement supports available in Saskatchewan.
Experience supervising and supporting staff in a multi-program environment.
Excellent organizational, reporting, and communication skills.
Knowledge of case work practices and client-centered service delivery.
Valid Class 5 drivers license and access to a reliable vehicle.
