Director of Operations
Field-tested operator to command projects, systems, contractors. Not about headcountabout outcomes. Be the control tower ensuring commitments land with speed, precision, accountability.
Responsibilities
Turn strategy into trackable plans; sustain multi-project momentum; enforce accountability; use AI/automation for reporting and scheduling.
Oversee delivery across tech, construction, security, housing, infrastructure; manage digital builds and physical deployments (IT, cameras, access control).
Coordinate vendors/specialists; foresee issues; enforce QA, safety, timelines, compliance; prepare scopes, budgets, executive reports.
Operational contact for clients/partners; communicate proactively.
Build/manage budgets, schedules, forecasts; track milestones/costs; maintain records. (Financial authority stays with executive leadership.)
Design/refine NomadOS; standardize templates/deliverables; implement AI-driven workflows to scale.
Who You Are
Self-directed; AI-fluent; organized; steady under pressure; loyal and discreet. Not a COO seatthis is a command post.
Non-Negotiables
Integrity and confidentiality; loyalty; results over titles.
Required Experience
8+ years in operations/senior PM/cross-sector delivery; proven lead on multi-disciplinary projects; proficiency with Freedcamp/Notion/ClickUp/Asana and AI for planning/docs/reporting; strong communication/documentation; Indigenous or municipal client experience an asset.
