We are expanding our team! We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Part-time Cleaner & Maintenance Worker. We are looking for someone who is motivated, independent, and is passionate about cleaning. Hours involve a variety of evening, daytime and weekend shifts, generally starting at 15-20 hrs/week with potential to grow (additional hours are possible as determined by management). The overall objective of this position is to maintain company standards in cleanliness.

Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
    Plans work according to standard procedure and by organization maintenance schedule
    Cleans rooms, hallways, restrooms, locker rooms, gym floor, offices, stairways and windows.
    Uses brooms, mops, vacuums and floor equipment to sweep, mop, vacuum, steam clean and wax floors.
    Performs minor carpentry, painting, plumbing, and outdoor maintenance work.
    Oversees the maintenance and repair of equipment where possible and orders supplies and equipment as needed.
    Perform basic landscaping around facility according to season (mowing lawn, removing weeds, shoveling snow off deck, etc).
    Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities.
    Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects as needed.
    Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs.
    Coordinate cleaning and maintenance areas with other staff as necessary.
    Follow all health and safety regulations.
Provide Criminal Record with Vulnerable Sector Check.
Must have own Method of Transportation.
