Responsibility / Tasks
o Manage kitchen operations.
o Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods.
o Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerance.
o Prepare food raw material including, but not limited to, vegetables, meat, fruit for meals/dishes.
o Supervise and train kitchen staff and helpers.
o Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
o Clean kitchen and work areas. Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment.
o Wash dishes, glassware and flatware.
o Stock refrigerators - Receive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and other storage areas.
o Remove kitchen garbage and trash.
o Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors.

o Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
