Description

Medi-Center Pharmacy is looking for a Pharmacy Assistant to join our team in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan.  

Schedule:
-40 hours/week
-Shifts: Mondays to Fridays (7:45 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.), Saturdays to Sundays (10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.)
-8-hour shifts; evening/weekend availability required

Responsibilities:
-Support pharmacists and technicians in delivering patient-focused care
-Greet customers, answer calls professionally
-Assist with prescription entry, labelling, and packaging
-Manage inventory: receive, stock, rotate, and audit medications
-Maintain cleanliness and safety standards
-Handle clerical tasks and support insurance claims/prescription transfers
-Contribute to daily pharmacy operations  

Qualifications:
-1 to 2 years retail pharmacy experience
-Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
-Experience in compounding, automation, compliance packaging, or OAT preferred
-Proficient in Microsoft Office; Kroll experience is an asset
-Able to stand for long periods and lift boxes
-Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
