The Role
Reporting to the training coordinator, you will be responsible for the development and delivery of mine process operator training programs. Utilizing Camecos Systematic Approach to Training (SAT), you will consult with key stakeholders to develop training curriculum and delivery plans to meet the operations needs.  Using adult learning principles, you will deliver training programs in both surface and underground environments. This is a one-year temporary full-time position.

In this role, you will:
-Perform all aspects related to the Systematic Approach to training
-Deliver training and evaluate performance
-Communicate and collaborate effectively with all stakeholders
-Contribute to the development of instructional materials
-Determine training requirements and develop and implement training requests
-Maintain attendance/enrollment and records
-Manage various certifications and liaise with external agencies

Required:  
-Minimum seven years of relevant work experience
-Equivalent combination of education and work experience will be considered
-Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively
-Strong computer, presentation and digital skills are essential
-Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
-Work a rotational schedule and commute to site by aircraft
  
Recommended:
-Demonstrated experience in training and development in a mining environment
-Previous mill/mine/industrial experience
-Understanding of the Systematic Approach to Training
-Certificate in adult education
-Fluent in adult learning principles
