Description

As the Office Manager you'll be the primary contact for larger & more sophisticated home & commercial policies, as well as overseeing the other brokers and license issuers.

Mandatory experience as a broker with both home & commercial, MUST have level 2 CAIB or equivalent (Do not apply if you dont have any insurance experience or education please, you will not be considered).  Extra experience with management a big asset.  Familiarity with outdoor life also a big asset (Understanding client needs with recreational items, etc).

Looking for someone who can fulfill the role with minimal training.  This is a great opportunity for someone who is exceptional in their current role, who is undervalued or underpaid, and is willing to move to La Ronge.
